Staplehurst Calendar: A Message from Ken Collins

We have now completed sales of this year's calendar and are pleased to have raised over £2,000 which has been divided equally between The Hospice in The Weald and The Heart of Kent Hospice each receiving £1001.54.

This is the second highest amount raised since the first Calendar in 2005. Thanks are due to so many people who helped in this most difficult of years with so many events being cancelled and shops being forced to close. Special thanks to The Post Office and Henhurst Farm Shop who came to our rescue and sold so many copies. We would also like to thank The Parish Council for promoting the Calendar whenever possible.

I am pleased that in my final year of producing the Calendar for 17 years we have reached a total of £25,750. for local groups and charities.
